Cu totul, aceste minerale reprezinta doar 3 - 4 % din greutatea corpului uman. Macromineralele precum calciul, sodiul si potasiul, sunt necesare in cantitati mari. Micromineralele, cum ar fi fierul si zincul, sunt necesare in cantitati mult mai mici; unele, precum seleniul, manganul si iodul, sunt necesare in cantitati atat de mici incat sunt denumite "oligoelemente".&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Cantitatea de minerale care se regaseste in alimente depinde adeseori de cantitatea prezenta in solul in care cresc plantele sau de pe care se hranesc animalele.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Multi nutrienti influenteaza capacitatea organismului de a absorbi anumite minerale : de exemplu, vitamina D este esentiala pentru absorbtia calciului; alimentele care contin vitamina C ajuta organismul sa absoarba fierul. Alte componente ale alimentelor, cum ar fi taninul (din ceai) sau acidul fitic (din tarate) pot inhiba absorbtia calciului, fierului si zincului. Organismul este capabil sa isi mentina de unul singur echilibrul mineral doar pentru scurt timp. In cazul in care aportul mineral este scazut, echilibrul se realizeaza prin mobilizarea depozitelor din muschi, ficat si chiar oase. Somnifere, tranchilizante sau sedative ?!</title><content type='html'>&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Tot mai multe persoane ma intreaba in ultima perioada ce pot sa le recomand pentru un somn mai odihnitor sau pentru a combate insomniile. Am primit si solicitari de genul : "Poti sa-mi faci si mie rost de x sau y somnifer ?". Aceasta abordare apare pentru diverse medicamente care se pot procura doar pe baza de prescriptie medicala. Invariabil raspunsul meu este negativ, nu sunt de acord cu sedative sau "tranchilizante", deci nu voi face rost de asa ceva, chiar daca este recomadat de medic.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Voi dezvolta subiectul si apoi imi voi expune parerea....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cauzele insomniilor sunt variate, de la depresii pana la schimbari de fus orar, de la stresul cotidian pana la unele afectiuni, etc. In toate aceste cazuri este posibil mai devreme sau mai tarziu sa intampinam acest fenomen. Dupa parerea mea, principala cauza a insomniilor este sedentarismul. Intreaga noastra activitate tinde sa ne tintuiasca in fata unui monitor. Daca tot au facut-o e clar ! Putem sa mergem sa facem mizerie peste tot. Sunt unii care o sa stranga la un moment dat. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Nu mi-a venit sa cred urechilor zilele trecute... M-au sunat unii dintre voluntarii participanti la actiunea de pe 25 Septembrie sa-mi spuna ca deja au vazut persoana ce aruncau gunoaie, exact in zonele curatate. Se pare ca actiunea a venit ca o revelatie pentru unii retarzii din tara noastra. Aceia care strangeau mizeria de langa gratare si o "ascundeau" dupa primii copaci - in padure. De ce sa se mai chinuie sa stranga ei cand exista altii care fac asta ! Si pe gratis !! Din ce in ce mai putini romani au bunavointa sa participe la activitati de voluntariat. Mentalitatea pare sa fie conform unui vers dintr-o melodie a unei cunoscute formatii de hip-hop autohtone : "cata vreme nu are ce pune in farfurie (romanul), cu siguranta'l doare fix in ... unde-arunca o hartie" (daca imi aduc bine aminte).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Pe 25 septembrie, in timp ce alergam prin zonele pe care le coordonam&amp;nbsp;am avut parte si de un moment mai mult sau mai putin neplacut. Am fost surprins de radar "alergand" in localitate cu viteza de 105 km/h. Acum ca si atunci, imi recunosc vina. Nu ma cred si nici nu am avut vreodata pretentia ca sunt "mai presus de alti participanti la trafic". Am gresit, probabil ca ar fi trebuit sa platesc. Am gasit totusi clementa si am scapat cu un avertisment. Ceea ce mi-a ramas in cap in urma discutiilor cu "agentii", a fost reactia unuia dintre ei cand i-am povestit despre actiunea la care particip : "Domne', pe mine nu ma intereseaza astea, eu nu as fi asa fraier sa fac munca voluntara !". Nu am raspuns, nu aveam nici timp si nici chef sa stau sa explic ce reprezinta astfel de mentalitate pentru mine. Insa sunt convins ca acesta este mentalitatea majoritatii conationalilor nostrii. O mentalitate implementata cu "mari sacrificii" de guvernele si conducatorii nostrii post-revolutie. O mentalitate nociva ce otraveste&amp;nbsp;viitorul si asa incarcat de datoriile&amp;nbsp;catre organizatiile internationale. Nu mai dezvolt subiectul pentru ca sunt milioane de articole pe aceasta tema&amp;nbsp;iar&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;efectele sunt practic nule. TOATE ARTICOLELE si reactiile din presa, certurile de pe la TV etc. nu au lasat nici o urma vizibila la noi in tara, societatea romaneasca urmandu-si declinul nestingherita pe principiul "cainii latra, ursul ..."&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Campania - Let's do it insa a lasat urme, urme vizibile, urme pe care nu le pot trece cu vederea asa usor semenii nostrii, dovezi ca mai exista si fapte in tara noastra nu doar articole si comentarii.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; Din punctul meu de vedere este mai corect spus : &lt;strong&gt;"Yes, they did it !"&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Vreau doar sa spun ca am intalnit un grup de oameni extraordinari, oameni motivati si care inca au speranta. Speranta intr-un viitor mai curat, mai luminos, mai verde. Multumesc pe aceasta cale acestor oameni deosebiti, ca mi-au permis sa fac parte din cel mai important proiect realizat in aceasta tara - ma aplec respectuos in fata lor.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Citeam un comment la un articol din presa : ... sa nu se confunde curatenia cu "ecologizarea". Ca de fiecare data in ultimii 10 ani, avem o tara plina de analisti, comentatori, bloggeri, ziaristi etc, daca 20% dintre acestia ar aloca jumatate din timpul petrecut in fata monitorului facand ceva util pentru comunitatea in care traiesc, am avea o tara un pic mai frumoasa, mai curata, mai atractiva. "Intelectualilor de internet" va doresc numai bine, o sa mai strangem si anul viitor mizeria pe care o lasati dumneavoastra si semenii dumneavoastra in momentele in care va deplasati imbufnati in afara barlogului unde sunteti regi... niste regi complexati.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Iata cateva imagini surprinse de mine in "excursiile" efectuate in cadrul acestui proiect.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Ceea ce vreau sa postez este reactia unor persoane din conducerea judetului Ilfov in momentul in care le-am prezentat proiectul...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;"Degeaba curatam padurile si raurile din jurul Bucurestiului, weekendul urmator va veni un nou val de bucuresteni si vor lasa in urma aceeasi imagine dezolanta : mormane de gunoi !" - si reactia a fost cam aceeasi in majoritatea zonelor invecinate Bucurestiului.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Oare nu putem constientiza cat de periculos este acest comportament primitiv ? Oare nu realizam ca nimeni nu este obligat sa stranga in urma noastra ? &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ne plangem de situatia din tara si de lipsa de turisti straini. Tot timpul am fost invatati la scoli ca avem otara frumoasa. Factori biologici unici pentru femei&amp;nbsp;cum ar fi&amp;nbsp;ciclul, factori hormonali si psihosociali pot fi legati de frecventa crescuta a depresiilor in randul femeilor. Cercetatorii au demonstrat ca hormonii afecteaza in mod direct chimia creierului care controleaza emotiile si starea de spirit. De exemplu, femeile sunt deosebit de vulnerabile la depresie dupa nastere, atunci cand schimbarile hormonale si fizice, impreuna cu noua responsabilitate de ingrijire pentru un nou-nascut, pot fi coplesitoare. Multe mame pot dezvolta depresie postnatala, o stare foarte grava, care necesita tratament activ si suport emotional pentru mama. Carotenoizi sunt de culoare galben-rosiatica&amp;nbsp;si&amp;nbsp;apar în alimente cum ar fi caisele, sfecla, morcovi,&amp;nbsp;porumb, struguri rosii, portocale, piersici, prune, ardei rosii, spanac, cartofi dulci, rosii, etc. Beta-carotenul permite organismul sa producă vitamina A. Studiile&amp;nbsp;asupra influentei vitaminei&amp;nbsp;A si beta-carotenului asupra absorbtiei de fier in organism au aratat ca Vitamina A nu a avut o mare influenta in acest domeniu. Cu toate acestea, beta-carotenul a crescut semnificativ&amp;nbsp;absorbtia fierului. In plus, ca si vitamina E, beta-carotenul este un excelent antioxidant. Studiile au aratat ca vitamina A&amp;nbsp;consumata in exces&amp;nbsp;poate provoca diverse probleme cu ficatul si coroborat cu excesut de beta-caroten pot spori progresia unor forme de cancer. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Carnea&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mai ales carnea rosie creste absorbtia fierului in organism. In ultimii ani insa, s-au lovit de ceva nou : dezvoltarea fara precedent a mijloacelor de informare. Astfel, cu greu au mai putut masca "eforturile" de a satisface cerintele consumatorilor. Au aprut pe rand interdictiile de a mai&amp;nbsp;utiliza diversi compusi modificati genetic, obligativitatea de a&amp;nbsp;indica pe etichete&amp;nbsp;ingredientele produselor, etc. Le-au oprit aceste reglementari ? Nu !&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Singura solutie se pare ca a fost : scaderea vanzarilor. Scade cererea !!! Criza aduce tot mai putini oameni la fast-food.&lt;br /&gt;Michael's Moor "I-food" este un super documentar. Prezinta in limitele in care i-a fost permis sa vada nivelul la care sa ajuns in industria alimentara a SUA. Socant as putea spune eu. Insa SUA a inceput, timid ce-i drept, sa lupte cu trendul ascendent al acestor companii. Insa, daca aveti rabdare sa urmarirti acest documentar, veti observa ca acest lucru nu este usor.&lt;br /&gt;Pe plan national, la nivelul SUA, s-a resimtit o oarecare "urmare" a acestor presiuni mass-media.
